BoxSlim (Boxing for Fitness) is a fantastic way to get in shape and it’s so much fun! BoxSlim Fitness uses focus pads and body weight routines to provide an all over workout. It is a partner based high intensity fitness workout (you do not need to bring a partner to class) and it’s a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness whilst toning and shaping the muscles, shedding fat and training with a great crew.
