At the end of each school year we welcome the newest members of the St Cuthbert’s Old Girls’ Association with a Graduation Ball.
For 60 years, the Old Girls’ Association has been delighted to host a ball for school leavers. Originally this was called the Debutante Ball, but in 1981 was renamed the Graduation Ball. It is always a memorable occasion and we encourage graduates’ friends and family to join them in celebrating this special night.
In 2017 the event details are as follows:
The St Cuthbert’s Old Girls’ Association Graduation Ball
Friday 8 December 2017 at 7 pm
The ticket price is to be confirmed. It will include a buffet dinner and a DJ so you can dance the night away. A cash bar will operate during the evening.
Once you have purchased your tickets, we will ask you to complete an online form so the girls can advise us who they would like to graduate with and who they would like to sit with. We are very happy to seat family and friends together if we can, subject to final numbers, at round tables seating 10/12 people.
We look forward to a memorable night to mark a significant milestone in the life of a St Cuthbert’s girl and their family.
If you have any questions, please email Alumnae Manager Sarah Powrie: firstname.lastname@example.org
All Old Girls’ Association members receive great benefits – we arrange events and reunions to enable you to keep in touch with the College community, keep you up-up-to-date with the latest from St Cuthbert’s through College Ties magazine, and make the Old Girls’ Chapel available for weddings and christenings should you wish you use it. You can also apply for the Violet Wood Advanced Studies Grant (worth $5000) as a member of the Association.
